Professional Mediation Services
Sutherland Mediation began with a vision of a better, more efficient, and fairer way to address disputes and approach conflict. We have a deep conviction that those living through the conflict are the most equipped to create and implement solutions. Based in British Columbia, we have a unique insight into the needs of the people who reside here and across Canada.
We respectfully acknowledge that Terrace is situated on the unceded traditional territory of the Ts’msyen peoples, specifically the Kitselas and Kitsumkalum First Nations. We honour and recognize the traditional lands of all Indigenous peoples on which we live, learn, and conduct our work.
Here at Sutherland Mediation, we do not pass judgment. Instead, we act as an impartial third party and use tested methods to facilitate communication. This allows you to address the core interests and concerns of those involved, and fosters an environment in which the parties can work together to create unique and beneficial solutions.
Mediation is a cost-effective way to address disputes, build relationships, and remain in control of the process. Whether you are having issues at work, in your community, or within your family It's your journey, let us help you!
